Pricing

1 session a week = $100 biweekly ($50/session)

2 sessions a week = $160 biweekly ($40/session)

3 sessions a week = $210 biweekly ($35/session)

Scheduling

Personal training sessions are scheduled off of your availability. You tell me what works for you, and I try my best to accommodate! Schedules are made out per month and are discussed in depth before sessions are scheduled. If our schedules do not line up at the time, I do offer spots on a first come, first serve waitlist. That way we could reconnect in the future if time slots within your availability open up!

Personal training clients can self schedule additional drop-in sessions for $15 to complete a Weekly Gainz workout. Advanced booking is required as space is limited!

Payments

  • Payments are biweekly via online invoice

  • Invoices are sent every Sunday and set to auto-withdraw

  • 6-week minimum commitment required
